1. Purpose of the Referral Program

The Enerspring Referral Program is designed to encourage individuals to refer qualified candidates for job opportunities we are currently working to fill. We value our community's network and connections, and we believe great people know great people. As a thank you, Enerspring offers rewards for successful referrals that result in a placement.

2. Who Can Refer?

• Anyone is eligible to submit a referral — including job seekers, business contacts, clients, and members of the public.
• Current Enerspring employees may have a separate internal referral scheme; this program is intended for external referrers.
• Participants must be 18 years or older to qualify for any reward.

3. Who Can Be Referred?

• Candidates must be qualified for the roles advertised and actively seeking employment.
• Candidates must not already be in Enerspring’s active candidate database or recruitment pipeline for the same or similar role.
• A complete referral submission must include:
  • Candidate’sfull name.
  • LinkedIn profile URL
  • Updated CV or resume
  • Contact details (email and/or phone number)

4. How to Refer a Candidate

To submit a referral, please follow these simple steps:

• Follow Enerspring on LinkedIn: to stay updated on opportunities and referral campaigns.
• Send a direct message (DM) to Enerspring’s official LinkedIn page with all required candidate details listed below.

⚠️  Important: Referrals submitted through other channels (such as email or phone) will not be accepted. All referrals must be sent via LinkedIn DM to ensure proper tracking and validation.

• Full Name
• LinkedIn Profile URL
• Updated CV/Resume (attach file or share link)
• Contact Number (mobile or direct line)

5. Rewards for Successful Referrals

• If the referred candidate successfully completes the hiring process and accepts an offer, the referrer will receive a reward.
• The type of reward (e.g., cash bonus, flight ticket, gift voucher) will be outlined in the specific referral campaign details at the time of announcement.
• One reward per hired candidate. If multiple people refer the same candidate,only the first referral received will be eligible.

6. Conditions for Reward Eligibility

• The referred candidate must:
• Be hired and start employment via Enerspring or its client.
• Remain employed for a minimum of three (3) months (probationary period).
• Referrer will receive the reward after the candidate completes the probationary period.
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless explicitly stated.
• If a referred candidate is hired for a role not covered under the referral campaign, the referrer will not be eligible for a reward.

7. Exclusions & Disqualification Criteria

Referrals will not be eligible if:

• The candidate is already in Enerspring’s system or known to our recruitment team within the past 12 months.
• The candidate has already been referred by someone else (only the first referrer is eligible).
• The referral does not include sufficient candidate information (CV, LinkedIn, contact details).
• The referral is submitted after the advertised closing date of a campaign-specific referral program.
• The candidate declines the offer or does not complete 3 months of employment.
• The referrer engages in spamming, unethical behavior, or false representation.
